Keep open a door that is already transforming lives

Our classrooms are already operating. In high-Andean communities and urban areas of Cusco, dozens of children receive trilingual education and anti-anemia nutrition every day. But we need those classrooms to stay open and grow. By sponsoring an existing classroom, you guarantee its continuity for a full school year.

What can you sponsor?

  • A full classroom for one year.
  • Specific components: daily meals, bilingual materials, the salary of a certified teacher, or classroom equipment.

Live a unique professional experience in the Andes

We are looking for certified teachers in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education for placements from February to December each year. We offer a professional opportunity that goes far beyond a job: a full immersion in our trilingual pedagogical model, with direct contact with rural and/or urban Andean communities.

We offer:

  • A work visa managed by us.
  • Housing in Cusco.
  • Partial board / meals included according to the program.
  • A competitive salary aligned with the local market.
  • Permanent mentoring and support from our pedagogical coordination team.
  • A collaborative work environment in an educational project that is breaking structural poverty.

Requirements:

A degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field. For teachers from outside Peru, a minimum English level of B2 is required. For Peruvian teachers, a minimum English level of B1 is desirable. Minimum commitment: one school cycle, from February to December.

Turn your practicum into an international experience

If you are an education student – Peruvian or international – and need to complete professional practicum hours, you can do them at Multilingual School. We offer a structured support system so your experience is educational, supervised, and easy for your university to validate.

Our program is open both to international universities that want to send their students to Peru and to Peruvian universities that want their best students to become bilingual. We also offer English training for students who want to strengthen their language skills during their stay.

We offer:

  • A practicum plan with a detailed curriculum, so your advisors or professors know exactly which areas and competencies you will develop.
  • A continuous evaluation system to measure your performance and issue a final report for your university.
  • An official Multilingual School certificate showing the number of hours completed, designed so your institution can validate the credits required by your study plan.
  • A Spanish or English course as part of your practicum benefits: Spanish for international students, and English for Peruvian students who want to reach a bilingual level.
  • Housing and partial board.
  • Personalized mentoring and support throughout the practicum period.

Come for a short time and leave a lasting mark

If you have a communicative level of English, enjoy working with children, and are available for a short stay, you can come as a volunteer. You do not need a teaching degree. We train you to support our English-immersion classrooms as a classroom assistant.

We offer:

  • A volunteer visa managed according to your country of origin and the length of your stay.
  • Housing in Cusco.
  • Meals / partial board.
  • Initial training so you can work as a classroom assistant.
  • Guidance and support throughout your stay.

Conditions:

  • Short-term stays, to be agreed upon. Recommended minimum: 4 weeks.
  • A communicative level of English, enough to help create an immersion environment.
  • A desire to learn and share.
